Try it, its simple!

First, switch off your phone, & make sure it is fully charged.

second, Hold the following 3 keys, (on non touch-screen phones only)

--the calling key (green key)
--the * key (star key)
--the 3 key (number 3)
Then switch ON your phone while you still hold the keys..

Un-hold when the nokia logo appears!
