How to Format/Unlock Tecno Phones

you may have been a victim of give out your phone to your love ones or friends and they messed it you trying to figure your password or doing something else and the get lock or not booting to home screen .

here is how to format you TECNO PHONES instead of going to the technician to waste your money. it is something you can do on your own.

Procedure:

  1. Switch off your phone.

  2. Press and hold down the Power button and the Volume up key until you see a Menu show up on the screen before you remove your hand from the 2 buttons.

  3. On your phone screen you will see a list of options (use the volume up key to scroll up and volume down key to scroll down and use the power button to select).

  4. Scroll down to the DATA Wipe/Factory RESET and used the power button to select.

  5. A sub-menu will show up and you will see an arrange no's arranged vertically

  6. Then scroll down(volume down key) to the DELETE ALL USER DATA and use the power button to select DELETE ALL USER DATA

  7. Then you wait for it to finish deleting all the user data.

  8. When it is done, you will be taken to the first menu page.

  9. Scroll down to REBOOT PHONE NOW and use the power button to select it.

  10. That is it your phone is now formatted.
